Araceli Cole is Founder of Araceli Cole Consulting, a consultancy specializing in workplace investigations, human resources consulting, and leadership development. With extensive experience in employment litigation, workplace investigations, and human resources strategies, Araceli delivers custom solutions to corporations and non-profit organizations across a range of areas including risk management and compliance, human resources strategies and operations, and leadership capabilities. An organizational strategist and change agent, Araceli is adept at leveraging a strong business acumen to drive impactful results.

Prior to founding her consultancy, Araceli served in corporate senior roles in both legal and human resources. In the role of Associate General Counsel, Araceli advised senior leaders on various legal and compliance matters including discrimination claims, unlawful harassment, wage and hour compliance, discipline and termination, reasonable accommodation, and equitable application of policies and practices. She also conducted numerous workplace investigations on employee complaints and grievances, and employee misconduct, some of which involved claims against high-level executives. In her subsequent role as SVP, Human Resources, Araceli partnered with business leaders to align HR strategies to corporate business goals. In this work she facilitated programs and initiatives, including culture and engagement, executive development, and change management.

In addition, prior to her corporate experience, Araceli was engaged in private practice, representing employers across various industries in litigation matters involving state and federal laws on employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour laws, whistleblower claims, and contract disputes.
